Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anakoni Kai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Jose De Sucre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kai comes into the arena with Firestarter blaring out of the sound system. De Sucre has chosen Iced Earth - Plagues of Babylon as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A jab lands there for De Sucre.
Kai has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Masaru Fighting Systems II in the buildup to the fight.
Antonio Jose De Sucre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kai uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from De Sucre.
De Sucre throws a jab when Kai was well out of range.
Kai seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Both fighters circling a little - Kai finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
De Sucre scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

It looked like Kai was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
De Sucre displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kai throws out the jab.
De Sucre scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kai doesn't seem bothered though.

and Kai counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
De Sucre misses with a left hand
and De Sucre takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Kai takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

And Kai counters with a quick kick to the body but De Sucre blocks it.

Kai's jab looks to have found its range, popping De Sucre under the eye.
Kai throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! De Sucre crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
