Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Virgil Lloyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Virgil Lloyd! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Donald Stevens! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stevens throws a nice looking combination but Lloyd bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Lloyd gets tackled into the cage by Stevens. Stevens maintains the clinch. Lloyd has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Stevens avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Stevens keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lloyd's efforts to push away. Lloyd has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Stevens takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Stevens wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lloyd has him pressed against the cage. Lloyd content to slow the pace in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Stevens wants to break free but Lloyd has control.
Lloyd drops down looking for an ankle pick but Stevens pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lloyd swings for the body but Stevens moves out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Stevens wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lloyd has him pressed against the cage. Lloyd tries to pull guard but Stevens holds him up against the cage and eventually Lloyd drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Virgil Lloyd. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stevens missing with knees to the body.
Lloyd has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Stevens after a bit of a struggle. Lloyd keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Stevens's efforts to push away. The referee calls for Lloyd to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Lloyd is working for takedown but Stevens is calmly controlling the position for now. Stevens drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lloyd gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Stevens being controlled against the cage. Lloyd tries to pull guard but Stevens won't allow it.
Lloyd blocks an elbow strike from Stevens.
Stevens is pressed up against the cage. Lloyd has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Stevens down to the mat. Stevens avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Lloyd has a takedown stuffed. Stevens gets in close and tags Lloyd with a short punch that almost sends Lloyd to the mat! Oh Lloyd is in big trouble! He turns his back on Stevens, trying to create some distance but Stevens rushes him, striking wildly and Lloyd goes down! The referee tackles Stevens into the cage to end the fight! Stevens is one violent man!
