Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yannick Abdoul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Kahn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yannick Abdoul! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyson Kahn! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. Abdoul drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kahn lands a body punch in the clinch. Kahn content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Abdoul is trying to push Kahn away but Kahn has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Kahn scores with a nice hook to the head. Kahn digs a right hand underneath Abdoul's ribcage. Abdoul let out a lung full of air as it connected. Abdoul is trying to maintain a safe position but Kahn gets an underhook and turns Abdoul into the cage. Abdoul wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Kahn. Abdoul breaks from the clinch.
Kahn has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Abdoul is landing a low percentage of strikes. Kahn clinches up with Abdoul and pushes him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kahn has Abdoul pressed against the cage, preventing Abdoul from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Kahn throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Abdoul pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kahn darts in and clinches Abdoul up against the cage. Kahn works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kahn slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kahn tries to free his leg and advance position but Abdoul is retaining full guard. Kahn engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Abdoul tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kahn swivels and escapes. Kahn lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Kahn slips a jab from Abdoul. Kahn has managed to clinch.
Nice body punch from Kahn - that landed with a thud.
Kahn lands a left hand.
Kahn lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Abdoul tries to break the clinch but Kahn is controlling the position. A quick uppercut on the inside from Kahn. Abdoul is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Abdoul wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Abdoul has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Kahn after a bit of a struggle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yannick Abdoul. That's going to take a lot out of him. A nice left hand lands by Kahn.

Abdoul's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Kahn lands a hook to the side of the head. A short right from Kahn. Kahn lands a nice uppercut. Kahn lands with a light punch inside. A short uppercut from Kahn. Kahn works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Kahn working some nice short punches in the clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Kahn lands with a left to the head.
Abdoul is rocked! Kahn wants the takedown. Abdoul is fighting it off but Kahn persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Abdoul's guard against the cage. Oh Abdoul is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Abdoul can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kahn controls the pace. Abdoul seems to have got his legs back now. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. It looks like Kahn might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Abdoul can't keep his opponent in guard - Kahn advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Kahn content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Kahn's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Kahn is continuing to stall. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tyson Kahn dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Good standup being displayed there by Kahn as he connects with a hook. Kahn looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Abdoul! Abdoul bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Abdoul looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Kahn darts in and clinches Abdoul up against the cage. A short uppercut from Kahn. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kahn lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Kahn lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Abdoul. Kahn lands a body shot. Abdoul is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kahn is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Abdoul to the mat. Abdoul regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Kahn has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kahn passes into half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Still in half guard, Kahn seems content to control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Kahn with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Kahn clinches. Kahn pressing his opponent against the cage. Abdoul on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Kahn's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Tyson Kahn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Kahn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Abdoul swivels though and keeps the full guard. Abdoul looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Abdoul wants to sweep but no luck. Kahn chips away with some ground and pound. Kahn content to stall in guard here. Kahn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Abdoul. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Kahn moves into the clinch successfully.
Kahn lands on the inside with an uppercut. Kahn lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Abdoul has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kahn avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Abdoul wants to break the clinch but can't.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kahn slips nicely into half guard. Kahn is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Kahn decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kahn clinches up against the cage. A short right hand to the side of the head by Kahn. Abdoul is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kahn is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Abdoul to the mat. Abdoul regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kahn works a leg free and moves into half guard. Kahn controlling the action here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Let's hope that Kahn has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
And that's the end of the fight! Tyson Kahn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kahn has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
