Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Renaldo Mclean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikedmondson Edmondson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Renaldo Mclean! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mikedmondson Edmondson! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Edmondson scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Edmondson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mclean tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Edmondson is in Mclean's guard. Edmondson trying to move into half guard but instead Mclean has managed to sweep! Mclean has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Edmondson is proving hard to escape from. Edmondson trying to control the position here. Mclean throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Edmondson works some decent striking defense from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Edmondson trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Edmondson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mclean defends it easily. Edmondson pulls Mclean in to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Edmondson wants to sweep but no luck. Edmondson looking for a guillotine here but Mclean defends easily.
Mclean loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Edmondson throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Mclean postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Edmondson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Mclean chips away with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Edmondson working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Mclean has passed into half guard!
Mclean seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Mclean looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Edmondson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. It looks like Mclean is going to stand back up.
Edmondson wants to control but Mclean is keeping busy.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Edmondson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Mclean has one foot on Edmondson's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Edmondson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Edmondson looks winded! Mclean gets full guard. We've been informed that Edmondson has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mclean looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Edmondson trying to control the position from guard on top but Mclean is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Edmondson's corner is telling him to maintain position. Mclean has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Edmondson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Mclean. Mclean tries to buck Edmondson off but Edmondson is having none of it. Edmondson trying to control the action but Mclean is working from the bottom. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Edmondson takes a little break here. Mclean wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Edmondson looking to sit in guard and control but Mclean gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Edmondson controls Mclean momentarily but Mclean frees himself. Edmondson pulls Mclean in close to his closed guard and prevents Mclean from doing any damage or advancing position. Let's hope that Edmondson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Mclean wanted to stand there but Edmondson had control of the position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Edmondson wants to stand up but Mclean is controlling him.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Nice body kick from Edmondson. Edmondson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mclean changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Edmondson throws a sloppy head kick and Mclean decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Edmondson's guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Edmondson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The fight stays on the outside here - Edmondson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Mclean drops down looking for a counter takedown but Edmondson sprawls and moves away. Edmondson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Mclean lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Edmondson preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Mikedmondson Edmondson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Edmondson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
