The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a series of punches but Zanatty avoids them all with ease.

Johnson moves into range and clinches up with Zanatty.
Zanatty changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Johnson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Johnson misses with a head kick.
A shot to de liver by Zanatty. Beautiful body shot.
Zanatty falls off balance throwing a combination

and Johnson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Zanatty won't be happy with that.

Johnson tries for a kimura but Zanatty is defending well.
Zanatty prevents Johnson from improving position.
Johnson is looking to take a break and control but Zanatty is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Zanatty managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Johnson.
Johnson is working Zanatty over with some ground and pound from side control.
Johnson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Zanatty keeps working.

Johnson working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Zanatty is trying to control Johnson's posture but Johnson avoids it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Johnson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Zanatty knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
