Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roland Begovic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mathias Vini!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vini shoots in for a double leg but Begovic sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Vini tries to clinch
and Begovic connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Begovic connects with a looping right hand.
Begovic throws a big shot that misses.
Begovic feints a jab promting Vini to slip. Begovic then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Vini slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Begovic lands a high kick!
It looks like Mathias Vini has been cut.
Begovic looks for the body kick but Vini saw that one coming.
Begovic misses with a looping right.
Begovic keeps the fight on the outside.
Vini misses with a takedown
and Begovic cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Begovic lands with a thumping leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Horrible takedown attempt by Vini or perhaps it was just good defense by Begovic, which made it look bad.
Roland Begovic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mathias Vini.
Nice takedown defense from Begovic. No joy for Vini on that attempt.
Vini closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Vini looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Begovic!
Begovic throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

An inside leg kick lands from Begovic.
Vini changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Begovic tries to avoid it but Vini manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Begovic to the ground. Begovic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Vini closes the distance and clinches up with Begovic, looking for a takedown. Vini pushes Begovic against the cage but Begovic circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Begovic falls off balance throwing a combination
and Vini counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Begovic looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Vini tries to clinch there but Begovic circles away.
Roland Begovic is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Vini shoots in looking for a takedown but Begovic manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vini's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Vini shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Begovic manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Begovic escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Roland Begovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donk. Begovic catches Vini right on the button with a cross.
Begovic connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Vini momentarily.
Begovic lands the left hand.
Vini is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Begovic goes for a small jab and connects. Now Begovic goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Vini stumbles back but Begovic runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Vini to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Vini will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Roland Begovic!
