Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Maximo Olevaro!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Olevaro looks to throw the jab but Smith is out of range.
Olevaro will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Smith takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Olevaro looks winded!
Smith ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Olevaro dives in and scores a takedown into Smith's guard.
Smith manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Olevaro wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Olevaro managing to block the knees to the body from Smith.
Smith is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Olevaro is defending well.
Smith jumps into guard, dragging Olevaro to the mat.
Smith manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Olevaro manages to get himself to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith passes Olevaro's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Smith in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Olevaro tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Smith!
