Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frank McDougal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rusev Hungary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rusev Hungary will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank McDougal! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rusev Hungary! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hungary blocks the body kick.
Hungary throws a series of strikes that have McDougal backpedaling.
McDougal dodges the punch combination from Hungary.
Hungary throws a nice looking combination but McDougal bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. McDougal shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hungary pinned against the cage. Hungary gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Hungary lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McDougal circles away quickly and effectively. Rusev Hungary seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McDougal shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hungary but Hungary pushes him off and we're back to square one. Hungary displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Hungary's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Hungary duly obliges. McDougal shoots in and drives through. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McDougal decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Hungary manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. McDougal keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Hungary looks winded! Hungary is looking to break free of the clinch but McDougal has double underhooks.

McDougal tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hungary smiles and moves away.
Hungary goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. McDougal throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hungary's waist but Hungary gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McDougal off to one side. Hungary misses with a double jab.

McDougal seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. McDougal throws a head kick that half lands.
Hungary is rocked! Hungary wants to slow McDougal down by chopping away at his legs. Hungary is still on wobbly legs! Can McDougal finish him? McDougal shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Hungary rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McDougal moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hungary avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Hungary clinches up against the cage. McDougal has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hungary avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. McDougal tries to pull guard but Hungary holds him up against the cage and eventually McDougal drops back down to his feet.
Hungary seems to have recovered his senses. McDougal tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hungary smiles and moves away.
Hungary looks to land a combination but McDougal avoids it well. McDougal went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. McDougal shoots in for a takedown but Hungary shows good takedown defense. Hungary looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Hungary rushes McDougal and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. McDougal is trying to maintain a safe position but Hungary gets an underhook and turns McDougal into the cage. Hungary wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but McDougal has him pressed against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Hungary fails with the takedown. Rusev Hungary seems to be getting the better of the standup. And that's the end of the fight! Rusev Hungary comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hungary has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
