Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bahnie Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mac comes to the cage accompanied by Ill Bill - War Is My Destiny (Feat Immortal Technique & Max Cavalera). Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Bahnie Mac has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mac is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

That was a close round but I would say that Bahnie Mac will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and Jordan counters with a series of strikes. Mac will be more careful next time no doubt.
Jordan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mac swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jordan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mac moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Mac shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jordan's guard.

Jordan is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Jordan creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Mac's defenses.

Jordan throws the kick towards the body but Mac avoids it.
Jordan tries to score with a low kick but Mac moves his leg out of the way.

Jordan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Mac shoots in for a double leg but Jordan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Jake Jordan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Mac is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Jordan has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Jordan!

Mac can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jordan controls the pace.

Mac looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Jordan has picked Mac up and slammed him! Mac can't keep hold of the triangle and Jordan manages to pass to side control!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mac is desperately trying to improve his position but Jordan has a good base and remains in mount.
Jordan takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bahnie Mac.
I think Jordan has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
