And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pain pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Garrison throws a counter high kick but Pain was just alert enough to avoid it.

Pain closes the distance and clinches.
A short right from Pain on the inside.
Pain lands an elbow inside that Garrison shrugs off.

It looks like Gordon Garrison has been cut.
Pain looking to throw knees to the head but Garrison is blocking nicely.
Garrison is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Garrison is trying to pull guard but Pain has him pressed against the cage.
Pain misses with a knee to the head.
Pain swings wildly with an uppercut but Garrison uses good head movement to avoid it.
Garrison blocking some punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pain throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Garrisons head.
Pain tries to land a knee to the head but Garrison blocks with his arms.
Pain creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Garrison's defenses.

Garrison is rocked!
Pain has Garrison pressed against the cage. He pushes Garrison back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Pain throws a beautiful elbow that sends Garrison crashing to the floor! Pain piles on the pressure with more strikes! Garrison is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
