Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ren Naga-Wing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parker comes to the cage accompanied by Battery - Metallica. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scott Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ren Naga-Wing!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naga-Wing misses with a jab to the body
letting Parker counter with a right hand.


It looks like Ren Naga-Wing has been cut.
Naga-Wing misses with an uppercut. Parker saw that one coming.
Parker fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Naga-Wing.
Jab by Parker.
Parker throws a wild body kick that Naga-Wing sees coming a mile off.
Naga-Wing tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Naga-Wing swings for the body but Parker moves out of range.
A solid leg kick lands there for Naga-Wing.
Parker tests Naga-Wing's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Naga-Wing misses with a lunging right hand
and Parker counters with an inside leg kick.
Naga-Wing fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Parker has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Parker connects with a body shot.
Naga-Wing takes one on the chin but seems OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Naga-Wing avoids the head kick by Parker.
Parker looks to score with a jab to the body but Naga-Wing is just out of range.
Naga-Wing bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Parker scores with a hook.
Parker has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Guerrilla MMA in the buildup to the fight.

A nice inside leg kick there by Naga-Wing. That's going to slow Parker down.
Parker blocks a leg kick.

Naga-Wing feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Naga-Wing has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Forcefield Ludas. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Naga-Wing wants to control from the top but Parker keeps moving.

Naga-Wing is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Parker will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Naga-Wing is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Parker is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Parker has escaped and now he's on top!


Naga-Wing looking for a guillotine here but Parker defends easily.

Naga-Wing is looking for a triangle here but Parker uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Naga-Wing wants to control but Parker postures up.
Naga-Wing is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Parker just content to control the position.
You can see the frustration on Naga-Wing's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Naga-Wing is trying to control Parker's posture but Parker avoids it.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Parker content to control rather than advance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Scott Parker dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Ren Naga-Wing's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Naga-Wing throws the left hand but Parker avoids the punch easily.
Parker lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Parker swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Parker is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Parker misses with a hook. Naga-Wing ducked under it nicely.
Naga-Wing has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Parker.
Naga-Wing looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.


That has opened up Ren Naga-Wing's cut even more.
Naga-Wing shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Parker.

A low kick from Naga-Wing is predictable there
and Parker counters with a lovely shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

As Naga-Wing backs away, Parker returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Naga-Wing throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Parker sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Parker is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Naga-Wing can do to turn this around?

Naga-Wing feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Parkers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Naga-Wing shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Parker as he avoids it easily.
It looked like Parker wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Naga-Wing tries a head kick but it misses.

Parker takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Naga-Wing throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Naga-Wing tries to land a front kick but Parker steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

and Naga-Wing counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Naga-Wing misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Naga-Wing throws a body punch but Parker moves out of range.
Parker swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Parker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Naga-Wing moves away.
Naga-Wing misses with a wild body shot.
Parker is looking to counter punch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Parker takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Naga-Wing feints and then cracks Parker's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Parker down.
Parker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Naga-Wing.
Scott Parker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Naga-Wing moves away from the strike by Parker.
Naga-Wing avoids the body shot from Parker.
Parker checks the leg kick nicely there.

Naga-Wing lands a jab to the nose.
A decent looking cross lands there for Parker.


The cut above Ren Naga-Wing's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Naga-Wing ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Parker moves away.
Naga-Wing defending well as Parker loads up on a big left hand.

Parker sends Naga-Wing crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Parker is motioning to the referee to let Naga-Wing up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!


Naga-Wing is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Naga-Wing walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Parker swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Scott Parker!
After winning the bout, Scott Parker thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
