The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malone moves out of range as Gardner throws a body kick.
Malone bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gardner's head.
Malone throws a leg kick which misses Gardner's front leg but catches the back leg as Gardner tries to avoid it.

and Gardner counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
