Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nikolai Itchenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Scumeron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scumeron has chosen Linkin Park feat Steve Aoki - Light That Never Comes (Dj Coone Remix) as his entrance music. David Scumeron has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nikolai Itchenko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, David Scumeron! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Dean Styles and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Itchenko throws a low kick but Scumeron moves out of range easily. Nice uppercut lands for Scumeron. That snapped Itchenko's head back.
Itchenko closes the distance and clinches. I was talking to Itchenko's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Itchenko has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Scumeron uses from the top position. Scumeron controlling from the top position. Itchenko working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Scumeron doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Itchenko is tightening it up a little... Scumeron has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Scumeron reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Scumeron taps out! Nice BJJ there by Itchenko!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Nikolai Itchenko! After winning the bout, Nikolai Itchenko thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
