Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Rocca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jetro Chivon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rocca's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, ULTRAnumb by Blue Stahli. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xavier Rocca!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jetro Chivon!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chivon lands a high kick to the side of Rocca's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Chivon dives into guard, looking to finish.

It looks like Xavier Rocca has been cut.

Rocca is working an open guard so Chivon takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Chivon stuffs the takedown attempt from Rocca. Rocca gets slowly back to his feet.
Chivon doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

Chivon knocks Rocca to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Rocca is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rocca wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Chivon tries to move into full mount but can't pass Rocca's legs.

Chivon decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Chivon.
Rocca lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Jetro Chivon has been cut.
Rocca paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Rocca cracks Chivon with a good jab.
Chivon has a takedown stuffed.
Rocca lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rocca looks for a takedown but Chivon sprawls well.
A lazy left from Rocca finds it's target.
Rocca blocks a head kick by Chivon.
Chivon lands a front kick.
Chivon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rocca manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Chivon lands with a kick to the temple. Rocca shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Chivon looks winded!
Rocca takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Jetro Chivon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rocca rushes Chivon with punches - Chivon moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Chivon goes down! Rocca follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Xavier Rocca!
Xavier Rocca spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
