The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Washington throws the left hand but Fry avoids the punch easily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Washington darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Fry blocks a head kick by Washington.
Fry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Fry has taken the fight to the clinch.

Washington goes for a takedown attempt but Fry pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Washington clobbers Fry with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Fry lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Washington circles away quickly and effectively.

Fry tries to close the distance and clinch but Washington swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Fry is breathing heavily.
Fry is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Washington is defending well.

Washington should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Oh Fry is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Washington goes for a small jab and connects. Now Washington goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Fry stumbles back but Washington runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Fry to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Fry will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
