The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Chris Dean and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McConnor doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
We've been told by Say Yuk's head coaches at Madz **21 Elite coaches** that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
McConnor takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
McConnor pushes Say Yuk up against the cage in a clinch.
McConnor drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
McConnor prevents a body shot from Say Yuk.
Say Yuk tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
A nice right hand lands inside from Say Yuk.

Say Yuk tries to throw a body punch but McConnor avoids it by throwing Say Yuk back against the cage.

Say Yuk trying to control the position but instead, McConnor has worked for underhooks and has pushed Say Yuk into the cage.

Say Yuk gets caught flat footed, as McConnor shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Say Yuk has his feet on McConnor's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

McConnor shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. McConnor showed some decent athleticism there.

Say Yuk wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McConnor missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

McConnor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Say Yuk wants to control but McConnor is keeping busy and won't allow it.

McConnor is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Say Yuk has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but McConnor is on him like a limpet, forcing Say Yuk back against the cage.
Say Yuk lands a knee to the body.
Say Yuk using the Thai plumb to throw knees but McConnor has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Say Yuk misses with a punch on the inside.
Say Yuk manages to break the clinch.

Say Yuk dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on McConnor. That did some damage!
McConnor rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Say Yuk counters with a series of strikes. McConnor will be more careful next time no doubt.
McConnor is rocked!
Say Yuk catches McConnor with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and McConnor forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
