Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Locutus Borg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hussein Stahl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hussein Stahl has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borg looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stahl is fending him off so far but Borg persists. Nope, Stahl circles away and we're back to standing.
Borg misses with a hook
and Stahl connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Stahl will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Stahl is looking to clinch but Borg is avoiding it.

Stahl rushes Borg and presses him up against the cage.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
A head punch on the inside from Borg fails to land.
Stahl is trying to pull guard but Borg turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Borg pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Borg paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Borg moves into range and clinches up with Stahl.

Stahl's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Stahl tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Borg throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stahl tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Borg is in Stahl's guard.
Stahl wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Borg manages to pass to side control.

Stahl works his way to full guard. Good work.
Stahl looking to hit a scissor sweep but Borg is one step ahead there.
Stahl told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

Stahl is looking for a triangle but Borg pushes his legs off easily.

Stahl is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Borg is aware though and is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stahl wants to sweep but no luck.

Borg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stahl swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Borg tries to land a front kick but Stahl steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Stahl doesn't manage to clinch there - Borg circles away.
Borg tries to land a front kick but Stahl steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Borg throws a series of punches but Stahl avoids them all with ease.
Stahl throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Stahl checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Borg lands a nice looking kick to the body. Stahl takes a step back to recover.
Borg shoots in for a takedown but Stahl shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Stahl throws a big shot that misses.
Borg feinted with a counter takedown.
Stahl tries to clinch there but Borg circles away.
Borg changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stahl tries to avoid it but Borg manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stahl to the ground. Stahl escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Stahl uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Borg.

Borg knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stahl on the ground.

Borg stands up and waves to Stahl to follow him.

That was a close round but I would say that Locutus Borg will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Stahl is looking to clinch.

Borg closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Stahl using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Borg just misses with a elbow thrown towards Stahl's brow.
Borg drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Stahl tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Stahl pushes off an throws an elbow but Borg leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Stahl has Borg pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Stahl pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Borg tumbling to the mat - Stahl dives into Borg's guard.

Stahl is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Stahl works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stahl seems to be looking for submissions.

Stahl is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Borg is just riding it out for now. Stahl eventually gives up the hold.

Stahl is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Stahl wants to finish this one by submission but Borg is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Stahl.
