Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maroun Caboul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donny Ruff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruff comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Live By The Gun kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Donny Ruff acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Caboul seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ruff for as long as he can get away with.
Caboul's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The fighters circle momentarily. Caboul darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Ruff enables Caboul to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ruff manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Caboul lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Ruff quite badly. Ruff pulls Caboul in close trying to recover. Caboul postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Ruff on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Ruff doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
