Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Inclan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matti Laakso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laakso is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Two Steps From Hell - Across the Blood Water. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inclan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Inclan rushes Laakso and presses him up against the cage.
Laakso stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
A short body shot lands from Laakso as the two fighters clinch.

Inclan tries to pull guard but Laakso won't allow it.
Inclan is looking to break free of the clinch but Laakso has double underhooks.

Inclan tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Laakso smiles and moves away.
Laakso throws a series of punches but Inclan moves out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Inclan darts in looking for a takedown but Laakso gets double underhooks and turns Inclan into the cage.

Inclan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Laakso is fending him off so far but Inclan persists. Nope, Laakso circles away and we're back to standing.

Laakso pushes Inclan against the cage. Laakso is working some dirty boxing. Laakso pushes off with a quick right hook! Inclan goes down! Inclan tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Laakso moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Matti Laakso!
After the fight, Matti Laakso was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
