The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gnar throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bauwens stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Gnar throws a shot to the body.
Bauwens swings away with a body shot that misses
and Gnar counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Bauwens takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Serge Bauwens has been cut.
Bauwens throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Gnar cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Bauwens throws a low kick but Gnar avoids it.
It looked like Gnar was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Bauwens.
Gnar pounces like a tiger and cracks Bauwens with a vicious hook! Bauwens is down but not out! Gnar follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Muen Gnar!
