Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zsiga Venczel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 2pac - All Eyez On Me. Julius Jackson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Zsiga Venczel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Julius Jackson! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson swinging wildly here.
Venczel feinted with a counter takedown. Venczel fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jackson avoids it really well and circles away. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jackson, as that shot connected.
It looks like Zsiga Venczel has been cut. Jackson lands a jab-cross combination. Venczel takes a shot right to the bread basket. A big left from Jackson misses. Venczel attempts a counter takedown but Jackson avoids it well and moves away. Jackson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jackson throws a hook to the side of Venczel's head but Venczel sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Venczel fails with the takedown. Jackson has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Venczel is landing a low percentage of strikes. Jackson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Venczel drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Venczel trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Venczel postures up in Jackson's guard and throws a big left but Jackson blocks it. Venczel postures up.
Venczel loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Venczel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jackson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Venczel is one step ahead there. Jackson has control of Venczel's left arm, preventing Venczel from doing any damage. Venczel throwing strikes but missing. Venczel scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Jackson is trying to control the position but Venczel postures up. Venczel scoring with some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Venczel with a flurry of punches that miss. Jackson wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Jackson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Venczel is one step ahead there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jackson keeping moving, preventing Venczel from controlling successfully. Venczel stopping the sweep attempt from Jackson. Venczel wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving. Venczel throws a big right hand that misses. Jackson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jackson trying to control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Jackson lands a jab to the nose.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Jackson throws an overhand right that lands on Venczel's shoulder, as Venczel tries to avoid the shot. Venczel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jackson as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zsiga Venczel. That's going to take a lot out of him. Venczel fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jackson lands with a good body shot. Jackson stuffs the takedown attempt from Venczel. Venczel gets slowly back to his feet. Venczel gets a takedown into half guard. Jackson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Venczel is working away from the top position though. Jackson is holding on to half guard well. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Venczel sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jackson defending well though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Venczel looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Jackson is looking for a sweep. Venczel is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Venczel looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Venczel is looking to take a break and control but Jackson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jackson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Jackson wants to stand up but Venczel is controlling him. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Venczel's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Venczel stopping the sweep attempt from Jackson. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Julius Jackson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Zsiga Venczel's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Venczel shoots in looking for a takedown. Jackson tries to sprawl out of it but Venczel keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jackson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jackson scores with a nice right hand.
Venczel looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Jackson swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Venczel fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jackson sprawls well initially but Venczel persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Venczel thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jackson's head. Venczel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Venczel decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Jackson throws a hook but Venczel avoids it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Venczel's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jackson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Venczel scrambles back to his feet. Excellent takedown into side control there by Venczel. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Venczel works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Venczel landing a few strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Venczel working the ground and pound from side control. Jackson can't do much from the bottom here. Jackson tries to buck Venczel off but Venczel is having none of it. Jackson is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Venczel is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Venczel landing shots from mount. Venczel controlling the position easily from mount. Venczel looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Venczel with shots to the head and body - Jackson looks very uncomfortable down there. Venczel landing strikes from the mount. Venczel is in the full mount, landing strikes. Venczel looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Jackson covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zsiga Venczel! Zsiga Venczel spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
