Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shogun Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bolo Nimjang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shogun Silva!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bolo Nimjang!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Silva misses.
Silva thows a body shot but no joy.
Nimjang throws a head kick but Silva moves out of range.
A chopping leg kick lands by Nimjang.
Silva misses with a looping left.
Silva moves into range and clinches up with Nimjang.
Silva can't break the clinch.
Nimjang turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Nimjang manages to end up in side control.
Silva wants to get back to his feet.
Silva can't do much from the bottom here.
Silva takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Nimjang trying to control the position but Silva is working away.
Nimjang lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Silva down.

Silva is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Nimjang off and has taken his back!

Nimjang working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Nimjang is tightening it up a little... Silva has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Silva reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Silva taps out! nice BJJ there by Nimjang!
