Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rolando Randall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yannick Abdoul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rolando Randall had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rolando Randall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yannick Abdoul!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdoul jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Abdoul gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Abdoul escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A looping hook to the body misses from Abdoul. Randall does a little dance to reset his feet.
Abdoul looking to score a takedown here. Randall is defending well but Abdoul drives through and ends up in Randall's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Abdoul accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Randall keeping full guard, as Abdoul tries to pass.
Randall is controlling Abdoul's posture.
Randall working for a triangle but Abdoul defends it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Randall is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Randall will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Randall bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Abdoul's guard.
Abdoul looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Randall seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Randall really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Abdoul wants to sweep here but Randall controlling him for the moment.
Abdoul had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Randall defends it easily.
Randall with a nice head shot there.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Randall not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Abdoul rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Randall counters with a single leg into guard. Abdoul didn't expect that.
Abdoul wants to stand up but Randall is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Randall is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Randall slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Randall drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Randall jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Randall's corner is telling him to maintain position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Rolando Randall will probably get the nod.
That's time! Back to the action!
Abdoul scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Randall moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Randall is rocked!
Abdoul is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Randall flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Randall is out cold! Abdoul holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Yannick Abdoul!
