Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marc Charbonnier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silva Zoldyck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Charbonnier kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is MC Hammer - U Can't Touch This. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marc Charbonnier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Silva Zoldyck! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zoldyck throws a nice looking combination but Charbonnier bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Charbonnier shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Charbonnier looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Zoldyck wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Charbonnier throws a strike but Zoldyck rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Charbonnier has Zoldyck pulled in close to control his posture. Charbonnier looking to hit a scissor sweep but Zoldyck is one step ahead there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Charbonnier controlling Zoldyck's posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zoldyck showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Charbonnier pulls Zoldyck in close to prevent any damage. Charbonnier is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Zoldyck wants to control from the top but Charbonnier keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Charbonnier has his hands on Zoldyck's head, controlling the position. Zoldyck stays in close to Charbonnier's body and controls the position.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Charbonnier swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Charbonnier ducks under a wild hook from Zoldyck. Charbonnier with a poor takedown and Zoldyck counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Charbonnier shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Charbonnier makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Charbonnier wants to control from the top but Zoldyck keeps moving. Charbonnier throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Zoldyck wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Charbonnier missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Charbonnier trying to control but Zoldyck is working from the bottom. Zoldyck avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Charbonnier trying to control the position from guard on top but Zoldyck is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Zoldyck not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Zoldyck throws out a powerful jab. Zoldyck tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Charbonnier was well out of range. Poor timing from Zoldyck. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Charbonnier throws a jab but it's blocked by Zoldyck. Charbonnier uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Zoldyck. Charbonnier takes a jab right on the kisser.

A close round but Silva Zoldyck will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Zoldyck lands with a shot to the body. Zoldyck is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. A lazy left from Zoldyck finds it's target. Charbonnier takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. The fight stays on the outside here - Charbonnier looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Zoldyck ducks right into an uppercut from Charbonnier. Zoldyck throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Charbonnier tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Zoldyck defends well and Charbonnier ends up having to push Zoldyck into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Zoldyck scores with a jab to the body. Charbonnier looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Charbonnier on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Zoldyck scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jab by Zoldyck. Silva Zoldyck is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Zoldyck paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Zoldyck scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Charbonnier doesn't seem bothered though. Charbonnier feints and as Zoldyck raises his hands in defense, Charbonnier changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Charbonnier scoring with some ground and pound. Zoldyck controlling the position. Zoldyck keeping moving, preventing Charbonnier from controlling successfully. Charbonnier throws a big elbow that misses. Zoldyck pulls Charbonnier in to control the position. Charbonnier postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Zoldyck has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Charbonnier can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Zoldyck controls the pace. Charbonnier tries to land a sweep but no joy. Charbonnier is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Zoldyck has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Zoldyck lands a head shot. Zoldyck lands with a cross. Zoldyck misses with a double jab
and Charbonnier counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Marc Charbonnier overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Zoldyck is on top in guard.
Charbonnier pulls Zoldyck in close to his closed guard and prevents Zoldyck from doing any damage or advancing position. Charbonnier has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Silva Zoldyck showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Zoldyck shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Charbonnier on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Charbonnier throws an off balance right hand
and Zoldyck counters with a nice uppercut. Charbonnier throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Zoldyck counters with a straight right hand. Zoldyck fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Jab, jab by Zoldyck - just one landing. Zoldyck stuffs the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Charbonnier waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Zoldyck. A little jabbing left from Zoldyck on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Charbonnier misses with a takedown and Zoldyck cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Charbonnier is rocked! The crowd cheers as Charbonnier lands an impressive looking overhand right. Zoldyck doesn't seem phased though. Oh Charbonnier is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Zoldyck connects with a body shot that sends Charbonnier's belly button to the back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zoldyck fakes the body blow, causing Charbonnier to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Charbonnier goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
