Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kalle Kula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noah MacManus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kalle Kula!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Noah MacManus!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacManus slips under a jab from Kula.
Kula backing away here, and MacManus unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
MacManus tries to clinch up but Kula circles away and keeps his distance.
A quick step to the side and Kula tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nice cross by Kula.
MacManus avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A nice leg kick lands there from MacManus.
MacManus moves away from the strike by Kula.
MacManus feints and then cracks Kula's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kula down.
Kula looks to score with a jab to the body but MacManus is just out of range.
Kula throws a body punch but MacManus moves out of range.
MacManus scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
MacManus moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Kula throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
MacManus only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Kula throws a lazy right hand but MacManus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
MacManus connects with a leg kick. Kula looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Kula takes a swing at MacManus's ribcage but misses.
MacManus appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Kula looks to score with a jab to the body but MacManus is just out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

MacManus has Kula up against the cage in a clinch.

Kula swings wildly with an uppercut but MacManus uses good head movement to avoid it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kula loads up on a big right hand but MacManus slips the punch.

Kula throws a looping overhand right but MacManus ducks down to avoid it.
Kula on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

MacManus throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
MacManus throws a leg kick which misses Kula's front leg but catches the back leg as Kula tries to avoid it.
Kula on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
MacManus lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Kula jabbing away but nothing is landing.
MacManus throws a nice inside leg kick.
Kula works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
MacManus ducks under a wild hook from Kula.

MacManus shoots in and gets a takedown into Kula's guard.

Kula tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kula is pulling down on MacManus's head. It's preventing any offense from MacManus, at least for the moment.
Kula is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
MacManus throws a big right hand that misses.
Kula wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
MacManus lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

MacManus content to stall in guard here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kula is pulling down on MacManus's head to control his posture.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Kula can't keep his opponent in guard - MacManus advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Kula keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
MacManus thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
MacManus looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kula with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
MacManus thows a huge punch but Kula dodges it nicely.
MacManus landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Kula is holding on to half guard well.
MacManus lands with a punch from half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Noah MacManus dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

MacManus has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
MacManus throws a head kick that Kula semi-blocks.
Kula has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from MacManus.
Kula jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kula misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

MacManus tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kula paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kula on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by MacManus. MacManus obviously looking to wear him down.
MacManus lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
MacManus scores with a jab to the head.
Noah MacManus seems to be getting the better of the standup.
MacManus lands a leg kick that knocks Kula off balance momentarily.
Kula moves in looking to clinch but MacManus pushes him off.
This has been an exciting period of action!
MacManus throws a leg kick which misses Kula's front leg but catches the back leg as Kula tries to avoid it.
Kula throws a nice looking combination but MacManus bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kula throws a shot from downtown. MacManus moves away and avoids it.
Kula takes a head kick and shrugs it off.


Kula is rocked!


It looks like Kalle Kula has been cut.
BOOM! MacManus lands a beautiful left hook that drops Kula. Kula tries to recover but MacManus is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Kula lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Noah MacManus!
