Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vic Chai Big Chop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronny Mua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mua swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Big Chop counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Mua is trying to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mua has one foot on Big Chop's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Ronny Mua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Big Chop gets tackled into the cage by Mua. Mua maintains the clinch.

Mua gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Big Chop regains guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mua slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Mua really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Big Chop. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Big Chop working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mua doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mua manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Mua is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Mua takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Let's hope that Mua has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Big Chop is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mua pulls his head out easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mua content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Mua stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Big Chop to get to his feet.

Mua has his foot on Big Chop's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Big Chop works his way back into a safe position though.

Well Mua has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
