Ruiz gets a clinch.

Ruiz is trying to trip Iago. He has hold of a leg but Iago is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ruiz persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Ruiz avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Ruiz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Iago on the ground.

Iago has his foot on Ruiz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ruiz works his way back into a safe position though.

Iago has his feet on Ruiz's thighs here. He's pushed Ruiz off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Ruiz screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

After the fight, Miron Iago was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
