Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyler White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smelly Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Nelson's choice of entrance music: Animal Crackers In My Soup by Sherly Temple. Tyler White could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Smelly Nelson's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Nelson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
White is looking to clinch but Nelson is avoiding it.

Nelson has White up against the cage in a clinch.
Nelson lands a right hand that snaps the head of White backwards.

Nelson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Nelson moves in looking to clinch but White pushes him off.
Nelson fails with an attempt to clinch.

Nelson closes the distance and clinches.

White wants to get back to striking at distance but Nelson won't allow it.
Nelson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Nelson tries to close the distance and clinch but White swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Nelson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

White tries to clinch up but Nelson circles away and keeps his distance.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Poor strikes thrown by White there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
White has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
