The judges for this bout are James Glass, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tural tests Hardy's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Tural throws a hook but Hardy blocks it.

Hardy wants to get back to striking at distance but Tural won't allow it.

Hardy has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tural is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Tural is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.

The fighters circle momentarily. Hardy darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Tural lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Hardy shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Tural napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Tural is not content to let Hardy control the position.

We've been hearing good reports from Tural's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Hardy creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Tural sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Tural gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

With the fighters up against the ropes, Tural throws an elbow but misses.
Hardy lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

and Hardy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Hardy has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Hardy lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Tural up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Hardy from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Tural's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vince Hardy!
