The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morato closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Johnson's guard.
Johnson has his foot on Morato's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Morato works his way back into a safe position though.
Morato trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Johnson working a defensive guard but Morato manages to pass into side control anyway.
Morato lands a decent elbow from side control.
Morato knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Johnson on the ground.
Johnson tries to improve position but can't.
Morato looks up at the clock and then as Johnson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Morato smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Morato is putting a hurting on Johnson here, landing some big shots from side control.
Morato cracks Johnson with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Johnson is rocked!
Morato lands a strong strike to the head of Johnson. That's dazed him! Morato looking to finish here. Johnson is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Morato lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
