0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Damien Perez! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Pain to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Damien Perez has been cut. Perez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pain avoids it really well and circles away. Perez looks for a takedown but Pain sprawls well. Pain knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Perez on the ground. Perez looks winded! Pain seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Pain jabbing away but nothing is landing. Perez doesn't succeed with the takedown and Pain counters with a big right hand! Oh Perez is in trouble here! Pain follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
