Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Enrico Ciccone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claus Boormann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boormann has chosen Gorillaz-19-2000 as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Claus Boormann was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Claus Boormann !
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ciccone looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Boormann !
Ciccone tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ciccone has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Ciccone is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Boormann is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Boormann is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Ciccone asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Boormann really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ciccone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ciccone is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Boormann looks calm but he's in trouble here. Ciccone gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Boormann is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Ciccone lets go of the hold and Boormann can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Enrico Ciccone!
Claus Boormann was interviewed post fight and said 'I´ll be back stronger, more fierce an more effective- I promise!'.
