Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Steve Cox!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kimba swings away with a body shot that misses
and Cox counters with a single leg into guard. Kimba didn't expect that.
Kimba throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Cox loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Kimba looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cox is one step ahead there.
Cox trying to control the position from guard on top but Kimba is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Cox trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Cox is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cox controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kimba is on top in guard.
Kimba loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Cox has his foot on Kimba's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kimba works his way back into a safe position though.
Cox keeping moving, preventing Kimba from controlling successfully.
Kimba has gone for a leg lock! Cox slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kimba's guard.
Kimba has momentary wrist control but Cox slips an elbow through the middle.
Cox controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Cox is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Cox working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kimba's head.
Kimba has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Kimba had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cox defends it easily.

Kimba looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Cox's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Cox trying to control the position from guard on top but Kimba is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Cox tries to free his leg and advance position but Kimba is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cox is in close to Kimba's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Kimba controls Cox momentarily but Cox frees himself.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cox's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Kimba is rocked!
Kimba has momentary wrist control but Cox slips an elbow through the middle.
Oh Kimba is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cox is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Cox lands a couple of digs.
Cox loads up on a big left hand. Kimba felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Cox looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Kimba can't hide his disappointment, as Cox celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Cox!
Steve Cox decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
