Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Greg Winklejax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Salavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hector Salavez told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jonathan Paton and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winklejax lunges at Salavez with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Salavez's hand.
Winklejax connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Salavez shoots in for a takedown but Winklejax shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A little feinted left hand from Winklejax on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Salavez throws a lazy head kick
enabling Winklejax to counter with a crisp jab.
Salavez throws a head kick that half lands.
Salavez takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Salavez looks to throw the jab but Winklejax is out of range.
Salavez throws a sloppy head kick
and Winklejax connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Winklejax scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Salavez throws a head kick but Winklejax moves out of range.
Winklejax is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Salavez.
Salavez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Salavez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Winklejax has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Salavez.
Salavez will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
A counter left hand to the body from Winklejax misses its target.
Salavez dives in for a single leg takedown but Winklejax sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Winklejax uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Salavez.
Salavez takes a shot to the body in his stride.
We've been told by Winklejax's head coaches at LOD: Black Label that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Salavez throws a low kick but Winklejax moves out of range easily.

Winklejax can't find room to land a body shot as Salavez controls the action.

Salavez goes for a takedown attempt but Winklejax pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Greg Winklejax has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hector Salavez.
Winklejax scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Salavez is rocked!
Winklejax weaves into range and cracks Salavez right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Salavez goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Winklejax is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
