Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Atticus Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcin Hold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Interpol - "NYC". Marcin Hold acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Atticus Hall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Marcin Hold! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Chad Campbell and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hold staying out of range there. Hold misses with a body shot.
Hall with a hook. Hold tries to clinch up but Hall circles away and keeps his distance. An attempted straight right counter from Hall misses the target. Hold avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hall lands a jab to the nose. Hold tries to clinch up but Hall circles away and keeps his distance. Hold takes one to the chin there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hall keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Hold moves away from the strike by Hall. Hold changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Hall lands a jab-cross combination.
Hold is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fighters circling - Hall throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Hall misses with an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hall keeps the fight on the outside. Hall misses with a series of wild punches.

and Hold counters with a nice double leg into guard. Hall keeping moving, preventing Hold from controlling successfully. Hold drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hall dives on top into guard. Hall is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hall's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hold keeping full guard, as Hall tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hall is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Hold has his foot on Hall's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hall works his way back into a safe position though. Hold has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Hall is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hold. Hold tries to bench press Hall off him but Hall keeps the position. Hold prevents Hall from moving into mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hold is looking for a sweep. Hall controls the position from side control. Hall tries to advance to mount but can't. Hall remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Hold tries to buck Hall off but Hall is having none of it. Hold sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Hall looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Hold is trying to maintain the position but Hall is very close to passing his half guard. Hold actively working from the bottom here. Well, if Hall is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Hold displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hall throws out the jab. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hold avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hall throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hold sees it coming and avoids it easily. Atticus Hall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hold closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Atticus Hall dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hold displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hall throws out the jab. Hold uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hall. A nice combination there by Hall.
Hall lands a glancing blow to the side of Hold's head. Hold is still on wobbly legs! Can Hall finish him? Nice defenses there by Hold. Hold seems to have recovered his senses. Hold takes one on the button. Hold tries to clinch but Hall is having none of it. Hall is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hold can do to turn this around? A telegraphed right hand from Hall misses the target. Hold closes the distance looking to clinch and Hall counters with a nice right hand that sends Hold toppling to the canvas! Hold scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hall finish him?! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hold uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hall. A punch combination from Hall misses. Atticus Hall is winning the standup battle so far. Hall misses the jab. Hold is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hold tries to clinch up. A jab from Hall misses. Sloppy strikes from Hall. Those never looked like landing. Hall swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hold. Hall misses with a hook. Hall swats away the attempt to clinch by Hold. Hold uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hall. Hold with the counter takedown but Hall avoids it easily. Hall lands a big uppercut and Hold crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hold looks OK. Hall waves Hold back to his feet! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hold switches off momentarily and Hall cracks him with a monster right hand! Hold topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Hall dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Hall!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Atticus Hall! Atticus Hall gave a mention to Machine Fight Gear in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
