The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Leandro Rodrigues and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kina shoots in but no luck this time.
Van Damme cracks Kina with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Van Damme throws a jab when Kina was well out of range.
Van Damme blocks a head kick by Kina.
Van Damme scores with a nice head shot.
Kina bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Van Damme is trying to buck Kina off.
Kina scores with punches from side control.
Van Damme tries to escape but Kina is in control.
Kina lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Van Damme down.
Van Damme is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Van Damme wants to get back to his feet.
Van Damme is still in real trouble! Can Kina finish him?
Van Damme seems to have recovered his senses.
Van Damme avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Kina.
Van Damme throws Kina to one side and escapes!
Van Damme scores with a body shot.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Kina! Van Damme is out on his feet! Kina rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Van Damme is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Van Damme is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
