Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Krukiov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Poe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vlad Krukiov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tom Poe! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krukiov throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Poe lands a glancing blow to the side of Krukiov's head. Krukiov drives through with a takedown into guard. Krukiov is working Poe over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Krukiov wants to control from the top but Poe keeps moving. Krukiov drops back looking for a leg! Poe is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Poe manages to kick Krukiov off! Krukiov jumps back into Poe's guard. Krukiov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Poe swivels though and keeps the full guard. Krukiov is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Poe is trying to control the position but Krukiov postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krukiov passes easily into side control. Nice work. Krukiov in side control, throwing shots but Poe defends. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Krukiov trying to control the action but Poe is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Krukiov postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Krukiov working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Krukiov looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Krukiov tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Poe tries to buck Krukiov off but Krukiov is having none of it. Poe avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Krukiov. Krukiov in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Krukiov tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Krukiov in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Poe prevents Krukiov from improving position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krukiov is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Poe has escaped the position, nice work there. Krukiov prevents Poe from escaping the position. Krukiov working the ground and pound. Krukiov advances nicely into full mount. Poe really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Krukiov lands a big elbow. Poe is bucking up trying to escape but Krukiov cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Krukiov putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Poe looks gassed! Krukiov fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Krukiov has control of Poe's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Poe regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Poe flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Poe wants to hold on but Krukiov pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vlad Krukiov dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Krukiov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Krukiov controlling the action here. Poe is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.
Poe is working to get back to half guard.
Krukiov is working for a guillotine from mount but Poe frees his head quite easily.
Poe tries to lock up and control but Krukiov gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krukiov is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Krukiov!
