The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neeson looks to throw the jab but Nilknoc is out of range.
Neeson throws out a powerful jab.
Neeson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nilknoc bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Nilknoc throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

and Neeson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neeson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Neeson steps into range and cracks Nilknoc with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Nilknoc flops backwards and Neeson dives into his guard looking to finish!

Nilknoc is looking for a triangle but Neeson pushes his legs off easily.

Neeson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Nilknoc shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Neeson as he avoids it easily.
Nilknoc fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nilknoc ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Neeson moves away.
Neeson keeps the fight on the outside.

Nilknoc wants to land a leg kick but Neeson is out of range.

Oh Nilknoc is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nilknoc ducks straight into an uppercut from Neeson and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Nilknoc manages to regain guard straight away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Neeson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
