Tsigalko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Apila moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Tsigalko is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tsigalko fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Apila will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Apila shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tsigalko's guard.
Apila drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Apila jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Apila connects with a nice short shot to Tsigalko's temple.
