Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lorne Malvo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Temudjin Khaan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lorne Malvo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Temudjin Khaan!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malvo misses with a body kick.
Malvo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Khaan's head backwards.
Malvo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Khaan fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Malvo on the side of the head.
Khaan blocks a head kick by Malvo.
Khaan throws out a counter right but Malvo avoids it with no problem.
Khaan avoids a kick to the body.
A nice leg kick lands there from Malvo.

Malvo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Khaan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Khaan moves into range and connects with a jab.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Malvo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Khaan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Khaan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Khaan looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Malvo checks a leg kick.
The fighters circling - Khaan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Khaan takes a swing at Malvo's ribcage but misses.
Khaan cracks Malvo with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Khaan, as that shot connected.
Malvo swings for the body but Khaan moves out of range.

Malvo does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Lorne Malvo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khaan lands a nice leg kick that just misses Malvo's sensitive parts.

We've been informed that Khaan has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Khaan is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Malvo had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Khaan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Malvo looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Malvo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Khaan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Malvo.
Malvo throws a quick inside leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Malvo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Khaan throws a right and a left that both miss.
Malvo thinks about countering with a head kick.
Malvo throws a low kick but Khaan moves out of range easily.
Malvo takes one to the chin there.

Malvo is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Khaan flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Khaan is out cold! Malvo holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
