The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGregor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gray as he avoids it easily.
Gray jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Sloppy strikes from McGregor. Those never looked like landing.
McGregor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Gray is looking for a counter combo.
McGregor avoids the head kick by Gray.
McGregor tries a head kick but it misses.
Gray wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gray has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by McGregor after a bit of a struggle.

Gray looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but McGregor is defending well. Gray quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! McGregor has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gray celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
