Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aldo Vurny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacare Romero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jacare Romero will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jacare Romero!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Bruno Lombardi and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero looks to land a combination but Vurny avoids it well.
Vurny is trying hard to land a takedown here. Romero sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Romero cracks Vurny with an open hand slap.
Romero throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vurny sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Vurny has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Vurny there as he acknowledges the shot.

Horrible takedown attempt by Vurny or perhaps it was just good defense by Romero, which made it look bad.
