Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dozer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Funky Punch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Funky Punch has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Frank Dozer's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Dozer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Funky Punch!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Punch does no damage.
Dozer closes the distance and clinches.
Punch breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Punch throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Dozer holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Punch breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dozer shoots in and gets a takedown into Punch's guard.
Punch wriggles free and stands up.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Punch throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Punch tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Punch scores with a one two! Dozer had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Frank Dozer has been cut.
Dozer closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Punch's guard.
Dozer throws an elbow that misses. Punch uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dozer's guard. Nice move by Punch!
Punch told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Punch wants to pass the guard but Dozer is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dozer looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Punch stops Dozer from standing up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dozer pulls Punch in close to his closed guard and prevents Punch from doing any damage or advancing position.
Dozer is wriggling around but Punch manages to pass to half guard.
Dozer wants to get back to full guard.
Punch seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dozer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Punch is working away from the top position though.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Dozer is trying to maintain the position but Punch is very close to passing his half guard.
Punch wants to stand up but Dozer has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Punch is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Punch throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Nice takedown defense from Punch. No joy for Dozer on that attempt.
Punch connects with a crisp jab.
Punch drives through and clinches with Dozer against the cage.
Dozer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dozer tries to clinch up.
Good standup being displayed there by Punch as he connects with a hook.
Funky Punch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dozer looks up at the clock. Bad move! Punch lands a right hand from hell, dropping Dozer. Punch pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Funky Punch!
Funky Punch decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
