Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Escargesa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yrjoe Velmu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velmu has chosen Andrea Bocelli - Por ti volare as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Yrjoe Velmu enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yrjoe Velmu!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escargesa throws a poor cross that misses
and Velmu counters with a head kick that drops Escargesa to the mat! Escargesa scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Escargesa is rocked!
Velmu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Oh Escargesa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Escargesa fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Velmu is out of range.
Escargesa seems to have got his legs back now.
Escargesa misses with a body shot
and Velmu counters with a left right combination that sends Escargesa crashing to the mat - Velmu wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Escargesa out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yrjoe Velmu!
After winning the bout, Yrjoe Velmu thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
