Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fabolus tries to clinch up but Leon circles away and keeps his distance.
Leon seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Leon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fabolus.
Fabolus shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Leon counters by moving into the clinch.

Jackson Leon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrei Fabolus.
Fabolus tries to stall but Leon uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Fabolus is trying to drag Leon to the mat but Leon just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Leon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A low kick from Fabolus is predictable there
and Leon counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Leon fails with the takedown.

Leon swings around for an armbar but Fabolus sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Leon's guard.

Fabolus is keen to just control but Leon is a slippery customer.
Fabolus tries to pass the half guard into mount. Leon knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Leon is trying to stand.
Fabolus is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Leon is just riding it out for now. Fabolus eventually gives up the hold.
Leon is trying to control Fabolus's posture. Fabolus takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Leon! Fabolus is rotating here... this could be the end... Leon is out! Fabolus has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
