Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fah Koff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Mosby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fah Koff has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fah Koff! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jay Mosby! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mosby drives through and clinches with Koff against the cage.
Mosby wants the takedown. Koff is fighting it off but Mosby persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Koff's guard against the cage. Koff being controlled here, momentarily. Mosby wants to pass the guard but Koff is keeping the position. Mosby throws an elbow that misses. Koff uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mosby's guard. Nice move by Koff! Koff pushing down on Mosby's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Koff stalling. Koff is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mosby trying to get back to full guard but Koff takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Koff avoids the attempt from Mosby to control. Koff looking to control and managing it successfully. Koff blocks Mosby's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Koff manages to capitalize on a mistake by Mosby to take his back! I really don't envy Mosby right now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mosby rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Mosby tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Mosby is looking for a sweep. Koff is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Koff seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Koff is looking to take a break and control but Mosby is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mosby trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Koff manages to pass to mount!
Mosby really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Koff. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Mosby is looking to improve his position but Koff isn't that keen on the idea. Koff looking to control but Mosby is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Koff pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mosby is wriggling around trying to escape.
Mosby gets back to half guard. Mosby is in trouble now - Koff has advanced to mount! Koff controlling the pace for now. Mosby tries to lock up and control but Koff gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Koff prevents Mosby from getting the reversal. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Mosby throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Mosby is in all sorts of trouble here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fah Koff dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Mosby gets a clinch. Koff is trying to trip Mosby. He has hold of a leg but Mosby is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Koff persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Mosby keeping moving, preventing Koff from controlling successfully. Koff slips nicely into half guard. Koff wants to take a breather but Mosby is having none of it. Mosby manages to get to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mosby is striking from the bottom but Koff uses the opportunity to pass into half guard. Mosby misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Mosby flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Mosby manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Koff is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mosby wants to take a breather but Koff is having none of it. Mosby scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Mosby stands up from half guard. Mosby fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Koff, pushing him back against the cage. Koff keeps control of Mosby as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Koff is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Koff wants a takedown but no success here.
Mosby manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Koff trying to control but Mosby is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koff forces his way into half guard. Koff is trying to work for a kimura but Mosby is defending well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Mosby is not content to let Koff control the position. Mosby is looking for a sweep. Koff is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Mosby tries to kick Koff off but Koff keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Koff looks for a takedown but Mosby sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fah Koff. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Koff is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mosby's half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Jay Mosby will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action!
Koff on the wrong end of a nice jab. Koff slips a jab from Mosby. Koff attempts a counter takedown but Mosby avoids it well and moves away. Koff keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Mosby misses with the combination.
Mosby throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Koff keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Mosby. Koff appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Mosby has Koff up against the cage in a clinch.
Koff prevents a body shot from Mosby. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Koff displaying some good clinch control by pressing Mosby up against the cage. Mosby gets control of Koff's arms and successfully pulls guard. Mosby will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Koff works over Mosby with some ground and pound from guard. Koff slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Mosby. Koff controlling the action here. Mosby trying to get back to full guard but Koff takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Koff working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Koff trying to control but he's not successful this time. Koff tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Mosby flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Mosby regains half guard. Koff decides to return to a standing position. Mosby scores with a shot to the body.

and Koff counters by moving into the clinch. Koff has picked Mosby up - he's going for a ride! Koff dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Mosby has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Koff is on him like a limpet, forcing Mosby back against the cage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mosby is trying to trip Koff. He has hold of a leg but Koff is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Mosby persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Mosby must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Mosby wants to get up but he can't break Koff's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A leg kick checked by Koff. Mosby drops Koff with a beautiful combination! Koff stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mosby is looking for the KO!
It looks like Fah Koff has been cut.

Koff is rocked! Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Mosby engages and cracks Koff with a massive lead left hook - Koff tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Mosby is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
