Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nobby Kovacs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Willy Wonka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kovacs comes to the cage accompanied by Doooomed. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Willy Wonka! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kovacs shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Wonka is trying to defend but Kovacs finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Kovacs drops an elbow to the side of Wonka's head. The fighters are battling for position here. Wonka manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Kovacs postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Kovacs stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kovacs throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Kovacs looks to score with a jab to the body but Wonka is just out of range. Wonka lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Kovacs throws a sloppy body shot
and Wonka makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. No joy there for Kovacs, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wonka is looking for the big counter here. Kovacs is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wonka. Kovacs takes one to the side of the head.

Wonka connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Kovacs misses the shot to the body. Despite the aggression on Wonka's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wonka scores with a jab to the head.
Kovacs gets the takedown into side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wonka takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kovacs looks up at the clock and then as Wonka takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Kovacs smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
You can see the frustration on Wonka's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Wonka is looking to regain half guard here but Kovacs keeps moving and retains side control. Kovacs passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Wonka! Kovacs controlling the pace for now. Kovacs looking to finish Wonka with some ground and pound. This is bad for Wonka! Nobby Kovacs overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kovacs lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Kovacs with a couple of short strikes. Kovacs lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The referee warns Wonka that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Kovacs has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Wonka's face.
