Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Douglas Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Glass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Jason Kavanagh-Knocked on your ass. On his way into the cage it seems that Douglas Jackson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Douglas Jackson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Glass! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jonathan Paton and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Glass shoots in but no luck this time. Glass looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Jackson wants to clinch and Glass counters with a left and a right that stings Jackson. Jackson tries to keep at a distance but Glass has taken the fight into the clinch. Jackson utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Glass breaks the clinch.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Jackson with an attempt at a knee that misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Glass has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Jackson regains guard immediately. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Glass looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jackson tries to get out of the position. Glass controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Glass is pushing down on Jackson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jackson is fighting to maintain full guard but Glass has managed to sneak the leg through. Jackson looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Jackson is trying to stand back up but Glass is controlling him

Glass looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Glass stands up and beckons Jackson to join him on the feet. Jackson pushes Glass up against the cage in a clinch. Jackson is fighting off a takedown attempt but Glass is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Jackson to the mat. Jackson regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Glass stays in close to Jackson's body and controls the position. Glass decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jackson, up you get! Glass shoots in looking for a takedown. Jackson tries to sprawl out of it but Glass keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jackson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jackson thinks about countering with a head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Glass rushes Jackson and presses him up against the cage. Jackson tries to land a knee to the head but Glass blocks with his arms.
Glass ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Glass no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Jackson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Glass looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Glass will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Jackson wants to get up but he can't break Glass's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Glass looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Glass has a closed guard, preventing Jackson from standing up. Jackson won't allow Glass to sweep him here. Jackson trying to stand up but can't free himself from Glass's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Martin Glass dominated that round. The cut man is working on Martin Glass's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Glass shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Glass throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Glass off to one side. Jackson wants to clinch. Glass shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jackson defends it nicely. Douglas Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Martin Glass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Glass connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Jackson has Glass up against the cage in a clinch.

Glass has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jackson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Jackson tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Jackson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Glass blocks it with crossed arms. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Glass drags the fight down to the ground.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Glass is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Glass is still trying to improve position. Jackson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Glass has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jackson has managed to get both his arms back between Glass's legs - danger averted. Jackson is fighting to break Glass's control of his arms but Glass is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Glass lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Jackson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Glass controls the pace.

Jackson is trying to stand up here but Glass is controlling him well. Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Glass on the ground. Jackson tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Glass manages to move to mount!

Glass circles away from the clinch attempt and Glass counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Martin Glass is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jackson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Glass holds on and takes a little breather.

He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jackson works his way back into a safe position though. Jackson wants to stand but Glass has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Glass looking for a guillotine here but Jackson defends easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Glass slips nicely into half guard. Jackson wants to get back to his feet.

Glass wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jackson, who protects the arm well. Glass has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Jackson! Jackson is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Douglas Jackson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Martin Glass is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Glass lands a heavy elbow.
