Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Andy Crews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Briggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Briggs has chosen "Axeman" By tomandandy as his entrance music. Andy Crews looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Briggs chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Crews can pounce on him.
Crews looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Crews looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Briggs throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Crews stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Briggs follows into mount!

Crews is rocked!

It looks like Andy Crews has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Briggs unloads with some shots from mount but Crews bucks and avoids them well.
Oh Crews is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Briggs get's back to his feet.
Briggs seems to be stalking Crews here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Crews drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Julius Briggs!
A determined Julius Briggs didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
