Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Valeri Chadov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gallardo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Baroni lands a leg kick that knocks Gallardo off balance momentarily.
Gallardo misses with a wild body shot.

Lambo Gallardo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Gallardo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Gallardo is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Gallardo pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Baroni back to the ropes. Gallardo follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

and Baroni counters with a crisp one two that drops Gallardo! Baroni thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Gallardo to his feet! Gallardo is in big trouble!

and Baroni counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
